Book Review : "Truly Madly Deeply" by Faraaz Kazi

On The Jacket –

There are some who love and conquer...
There are some who love and forget...
...and then there is RAHUL KAPOOR!

A pompous Rahul is head over heels in love with Seema, his beautiful female equivalent from the same school. After a whirlwind of innocent encounters, their teenage romance blossoms yet both of them never confess their love to each other. A series of misunderstandings and ego clashes cause them to drift apart. Rahul loses his sanity and ultimately his love. By the time he realises the magnitude of his loss, it appears to be too late. Will Rahul get back his Seema? Or will Seema never realise the depth of Rahuls feelings?

This teenage love story seeks answers to all these and more as it alternates between the past and the present and makes you wonder; do all love stories have a happy ending? Or do all love stories end, ever? TRULY, MADLY, DEEPLY promises to be an emotional saga that will captivate the readers heart and fascinate his mind and leave him pondering - Does Love Truly Conquer All Odds?

Storyline –

Truly, Madly, Deeply is a story that revolves around two teenagers- Rahul and Seema. Rahul is a 16 year old who is good in every field.  And Seema, Rahul fell for her. She was his junior.  It is a teenage love story which is written beautifully and will make you remember your old times. Quotes and poems written in book are really good. I loved this part of book.
As it is said that where is love there comes misunderstanding.  Ego clashes creep in and they drift apart. Rahul get himself into a depression.
What happens next? For more you better read the book as I don’t want to be spoiler.

Now, The Review –

As a first time writer, Faraaz Kazi has done an outstanding job. He has left a very good impression on the mind of readers with his very first book itself. Author has good story telling skills. Very good English language is used. Quotes and poems used in book are really good which make book more beautiful. I just loved the way he has described every scene. Every character in book is perfectly sketched that it almost looks real. The reader feels connected to it. The book is not at all predictable, and this is a plus point. I kept turning pages. It is a complete page-turner.

Verdict –
A Gripping book which doesn’t allow the reader to keep the book down until you finish reading it. I would like to rate book  3.5 out of 5 . You will enjoy it. I highly recommend this book to everyone and especially to those who like reading love stories. It worths a read.
