Destroyed by 'Ishq' : Book Review

On The Jacket –

It’s not just a cold February morning that freezes all activity at IIT. The topper of the Computer Science batch is found hanging inside his room . . . locked from the outside. A day later, in a fit of anxiety, his best friend erases his suicide note from his laptop, thereby obliterating the only way that could have led to understanding the reason behind such a catastrophe. The smartest among the group of software experts asked to retrieve it finally gets hold of it, but silently gives up on finding it and withdraws with the stolen suicide letter. What is it about the letter that makes him hide it from the world? Why does he lose himself in the amaranthine ocean of agony and forgets all else on reading it? Love is life-giving, but Destroyed by Ishq explores the other side of love. Are you ready to turn the page?

Now, Review Time –

No one knows who has written this book. Mr. Invisible seems to be a man who loves to stay behind the scenes; thus this picture. But in writing of love, he has become devoid of any ego or jealousy.

When I started reading this book, it had grip from the page one. Initial few chapters are the backbone of this book. They have mystery, suspense which unfolds one by one, later on. I liked this part. After that book has same love story which nowadays every book is coming with. But initial chapters makes this book stands out.

It is very sweet and simple love story as you can relate this story to yourself. Author has ended the novel pouring heart feelings. I couldn’t expect my life like Aarav. He was really messed up my love. Every chapter of book is interesting. The book is divided in many short chapters.  Each chapter is drafted very well showing the pain, love and excitement of. You will never feel like dropping the book.  It is written in very simple and efficient language. Climax was really unexpected and emotional. My eyes were wet when I finished reading this book.

Read the book to know how he was destroyed by Ishq! You'll not regret spending your pocket-money on this book.

Verdict –

I would like to rate it 3.75 out of 5.  And, Go and Grab your copies. You will enjoy it. It is worth reading. I really recommend this book to every true lover as they can relate themselves with the book.
